Daily physician involvement
At most clinics, a technician runs your sessions while a physician checks in occasionally. Here, a psychiatrist is personally involved every day of treatment.
If you're new to TMS, you probably have questions. Mind Pulse Center answers them with MRI-mapped precision and a physician present every day of treatment.

Your treatment, led by
Steve Khachi, M.D.
Stanford & Duke-trained psychiatrist, personally present for every session — not just at intake.
New to TMS? Start here.
Focused magnetic pulses, similar in strength to an MRI. No surgery, no anesthesia, no downtime.
No incisions, implants, or sedation required. You simply sit comfortably in a treatment chair while each session takes place.
TMS works through targeted magnetic stimulation instead of systemic medication, so nothing circulates through your bloodstream.
Because TMS targets a specific brain region, it avoids the body-wide side effects common with medication.
Cleared by the FDA for depression, OCD, and smoking cessation, backed by a well-established, long-standing safety record.
Backed by extensive clinical research, including accelerated treatment protocols developed and studied at Stanford University.
Many patients experience sustained improvement that continues well beyond the completion of their full treatment course.
What sets Mind Pulse Center apart
Many TMS providers run technician-operated sessions with a physician checking in occasionally. Ours is built differently, from the ground up.
At most clinics, a technician runs your sessions while a physician checks in occasionally. Here, a psychiatrist is personally involved every day of treatment.
We use MRI-based brain mapping and real-time neuronavigation, instead of scalp measurements, to locate your precise treatment target.

For Service Members & Military Families
TMS is available for active-duty service members, veterans, and eligible military families through TRICARE. Outpatient TMS may be covered for qualifying adults diagnosed with major depressive disorder, depending on eligibility, medical necessity, and any required authorization.
Active-duty, retired, and dependent TRICARE beneficiaries may qualify, though coverage is subject to your specific plan, diagnosis, and authorization requirements. Our team will verify your individual TRICARE benefits before you commit to anything.
